- Zero tolerance — The Exchange does not tolerate any form of bribery, corruption, bribery of public officials or commercial bribery — internally and in dealings with counterparties.
- Prohibited acts — Giving and receiving improper benefits, gifts beyond symbolic value, charitable contributions in exchange for services, fraudulent accounting records.
- Due diligence — Counterparty corruption risk screening prior to engagement, including public officials and politically exposed persons (PEPs).
- Reporting channels — Secure communication line on the EVDE website for anonymous reporting of suspicious situations; whistleblower protection guaranteed.
- Investigation and sanctions — All reports are reviewed by the Compliance Committee; violations result in disciplinary action up to dismissal and referral to law enforcement.
- Staff training — All staff undergo initial and annual anti-corruption training; mandatory acknowledgement at hiring.
