OJSC «Envoys Vision Digital Exchange» (hereinafter referred to as the «Exchange») operates on the basis of licenses issued by authorized state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, and when advertising and informing clients, is guided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Advertising», the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Consumer Protection», the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On the Securities Market», the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Virtual Assets», the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Personal Information», the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Electronic Commerce» and other normative legal acts.
The Exchange adheres to the following principles when placing advertising materials and informing clients:

For securities admitted to trading on the Exchange, information mandatory for disclosure by issuers in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On the Securities Market» and internal rules of the Exchange is disclosed.
For virtual assets admitted to trading, information is disclosed in the volume established by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Virtual Assets» and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 514 dated September 16, 2022.
The Exchange does not provide personal investment recommendations and does not guarantee profitability on transactions with financial instruments and virtual assets.
Executing transactions with securities, foreign currency, virtual assets, and commodities involves the risk of partial or complete loss of invested funds. The value of financial instruments and virtual assets can fluctuate significantly. Historical returns do not guarantee future returns. Before making an investment decision, the client is advised to independently or with the involvement of independent consultants assess the compliance of the planned transaction with their financial capabilities, investment goals, and risk tolerance.
Transactions with virtual assets are recorded in a public distributed ledger (blockchain), are immutable, and cannot be canceled or modified for technical reasons.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 514 dated September 16, 2022, clients of the cryptocurrency sector undergo mandatory testing on knowledge of risks before initiating transactions.
The Exchange sends marketing and informational messages about new services, tariffs, products, and affiliate offers to the client exclusively with the separate express consent of the client, executed in the manner prescribed by the Exchange's Privacy Policy.
The client has the right at any time to opt out of receiving marketing messages by using the opt-out mechanism provided in each marketing message or through the personal account on the Exchange's website.
Opting out of marketing messages does not affect the client's receipt of service notifications necessary for the provision of services (transaction confirmations, account status notifications, account security information, mandatory legally significant notifications).
The Exchange posts information for clients on the official website www.envoys.vision, in mobile applications, in the client's personal account, and also sends it to the contact details specified by the client (email, phone).
The Exchange does not use communication channels for intrusive advertising, does not transfer clients' contact details to third parties for advertising purposes without the client's consent, and ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On Personal Information» and the Exchange's Privacy Policy.
