Financial Alliance LLC, a licensed professional participant of the securities market, is running the “Invest and Win” promotional lottery among buyers of Asia Steel OJSC preferred shares. The promotion runs in two stages: 25 August – 25 September and 26 September – 26 October 2026.
The prize fund is 629,630 KGS: an iPhone 17 Pro Max, an iPhone Air and a Sony PlayStation 5. Six winners will be determined across the two stages, selected at random using Random.org; the draws will be streamed live on the organiser’s Instagram account and Telegram channel.
How to take part: • Register and complete verification on the Namba One platform. • Buy preferred shares of Asia Steel OJSC — at least four shares at 4,000 KGS each in stage one, an entry threshold of 16,000 KGS. • Lottery codes are credited automatically and appear in the personal account: one share, one code.
In stage two the threshold for new participants is unchanged — 16,000 KGS (four shares); those who took part in stage one only need the minimum package of two shares for 8,000 KGS. Codes from the first stage do not carry over to the second draw.
Participants do not buy a lottery ticket — they buy securities, which remain their property. There is no separate entry fee. Rights to Asia Steel preferred shares are recorded in the Envoys Vision Digital Exchange depository. Secondary trading in these securities on the exchange will open once the issue has been fully placed.
“The main goal of the promotion is to get people investing in the securities of Kyrgyz companies and to show that the stock market is open to everyone. The participant’s money does not go ‘on a ticket’ — it becomes an asset that stays in their ownership. Of course, investing always carries risk and share prices can fall, so we designed the lottery above all as a way to take a first step and understand how the stock market works,” says Daurkhan Oishiev, project manager at Envoys Vision Digital Exchange.
The organiser is Financial Alliance LLC, holding promotional lottery permit series SL No. 0270 of 24 June 2026 (registration number 574), issued by the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic. Securities brokerage is carried out under licence series BD No. 0022. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and over — citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and holders of a Kyrgyz residence permit.
