In light of circulating information regarding the inclusion of OJSC "Envoys Vision Digital Exchange" (hereinafter referred to as the "Exchange") in the List of the authorized state body, the Exchange deems it necessary to provide an official clarification to protect its business reputation.
In early 2025, the Exchange was added to one of the Lists by Order No. 29/o/p dated February 26, 2025, along with many other representatives of the virtual asset market. This decision was likely made by the authorized bodies as a preventive measure regarding the virtual asset market as a whole, without prior inspection, official inquiries sent to the Exchange, or the provision of any justification.
Immediately upon discovering this fact, representatives of the Exchange initiated a dialogue with the state authorities to clarify the reasons. Three business days later, the Exchange was excluded from the said List by Order No. 32/o/p dated March 3, 2025. This short-term presence on the list confirms that the incident was not the result of any violations in the Exchange's activities.
The Exchange operates in strict compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. We adhere to the highest AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism) standards and are open to any inspections by regulatory authorities. We value the trust of our clients and partners. The Exchange is operating in normal mode.
We officially state that the Exchange has not committed any violations and has no outstanding claims from authorized state bodies. All obligations to clients and partners are being fulfilled in full. We thank our clients and partners for their support and trust during this period. We continue working on the development of a transparent financial market in Kyrgyzstan.
