- Governance bodies — General Meeting of Shareholders — supreme body; Board of Directors sets strategy; Management Board handles day-to-day operations.
- Shareholders rights — Voting at general meetings, dividend receipt, access to financial reporting and material facts, pre-emptive share purchase right.
- Information disclosure — Material facts are published in accordance with the KR Law «On the Securities Market»; mandatory disclosures are on the EVDE website.
- Reorganization and liquidation — Procedures for reorganization, merger, split and liquidation are governed by the Charter and KR legislation.
